Police are investigating a targeted stabbing that occurred early Tuesday morning in Langley.
A 26-year-old Langley man had been stabbed around 8:15 a.m. and was found inside a local business on Douglas Crescent.
The man, who is from Langley, was taken to the hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
Cpl. Zynal Sharoom said a news release that there is no risk to the public.
"The investigation is in its infancy, however, we believe that this was a targeted and isolated incident,” Sharoom said.
Anyone with dash camera footage or who witnessed the stabbing between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. is asked to contact Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200.
