Dear Editor,
Here is a comment I just posted at the BC Environmental Assessment Office on the Burnco proposal for a mine at McNab Creek:
I strongly protest Burnco’s proposed destruction of the McNab Estuary, and its conversion from a precious environmental treasure, to an active mining operation in a rural residential region. I have lived near active mines, and I would not wish that on you or anyone in government, unless Tronald Dump wins. Please return the favor. We on Bowen Island remember things like this for a LONG time.
I also said they could quote me. So can you.
