Hands up, everyone! Who has stiffness in the thumbs and fingers? Who has a problem with Tennis elbow or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? Physiotherapist, Sandy Logan and Occupational Therapist, Winnie Sin are pleased to present a Hand workshop on April 12, 2014. We will be discussing the treatment and management of arthritis, CPS and other conditions. Topics to be covered include: the correct use of splints, specific exercises, and how to modify daily activities. If you have any questions about musical instruments, gardening tools or kitchen implements, or….. Feel free to bring these gadgets along as this will be a “Hands- On” course. The workshop will be held at the Caring Circle/Information Centre behind the library from 10am – noon on Saturday, April 12.
