This year's Light Up Festival was one of the best and brightest ever as hundreds of Islanders eager to kick off the holiday season made their way into the Cove.
After a bout of Christmas Caroling at USSC Marina, the festive Santa Claus Parade made its way down the Boardwalk featuring many colourful winter characters and of course Mr. & Mrs. Claus - played jovially by Tim Hausch & Helen Platts-Johnson - as the big finale.
Following the parade Santa checked his list and listened to the Christmas wishes of both kids and adults as the celebration continued into the late November night.
